Dr. Yejung Choi is a research scientist at SINTEF, specializing in AEM technology. With a background in material development, exploring new approaches to cell design, from configuration to the development of key materials. She leads AEMEL research at SINTEF and plays a key role in major EU projects, including AEMELIA, which focuses on cell component development and demonstration and launched in 2024, as well as SWEETHY, which began earlier this year and explores direct seawater electrolysis in AEMEL. A dedicated advocate and driving force in AEMEL technology, Dr. Choi will share insights into the latest research and developments at SINTEF. Outside of the lab, she enjoys experimenting with edible materials in her kitchen.
